## 2. Handling Time
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Handling times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or other holiday periods.

## 3. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped by DHL Express.
A tracking number will be provided after your order has been dispatched.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
When purchasing multiple items, please place all items in the same shopping cart and complete them as one order. Items purchased under separate orders may be shipped separately.

## 4. Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping to all destinations listed in this policy.
Shipping costs are included in the product price. No separate standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, an address change requested after dispatch, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete customs procedures may be charged to the customer.

## 5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
### Orders Shipped to the United States
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid(DDP) basis.
Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are calculated and displayed separately during checkout. These charges are not included in the listed product price.
Once the amount displayed at checkout has been paid, no additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges will normally be required upon delivery.
### Orders Shipped Outside the United States
Orders shipped to all other destinations are delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid(DDU) basis.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer must complete all required customs procedures and pay any applicable charges directly to the relevant customs authority or shipping carrier.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations and estimated charges before placing an order.

## 6. Customs Clearance
Customers are responsible for providing any information or documentation required for customs clearance, including identification numbers, tax numbers, telephone numbers, or other documents requested by DHL or the destination country.
Customs clearance delays caused by missing information, unpaid charges, or failure to respond to DHL are outside our control.
We are unable to declare a lower value, mark an order as a gift, or provide false information on customs documents.

## 7. Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be returned to us for reasons including:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failure to complete customs procedures
- Failure to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to respond to DHL
- The recipient being unavailable after repeated delivery attempts
If a shipment is returned to us:
1. We will contact the customer after confirming the return.
2. If the customer requests reshipment, the actual return and reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.
3. If the customer requests a refund, the actual outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, and other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
4. A refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Original shipping costs included in the product price are non-refundable when the return was caused by the customer’s refusal, incorrect information, unpaid import charges, or failure to complete customs clearance.
These conditions apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

## 8. Address Changes
Orders can only be shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout.
Please confirm that your name, address, postal code, email address, and telephone number are correct before completing your order.
We may not be able to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. Any additional carrier fees resulting from an address correction or address change may be charged to the customer.
