## Additional Charges
Shipping is free, and standard shipping costs are included in the product price.
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges are calculated and collected separately at checkout. Once the amount displayed at checkout has been paid, no additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges will normally be required upon delivery.
For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to complete customs procedures, or failure to pay applicable import charges may also be charged to the customer.

## Payment Timing
Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
The date on which the charge appears on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
## Delivery Schedule
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Handling times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or other holiday periods.
Actual delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
## Shipping Method
All orders are shipped by DHL Express with tracking.
## Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation may be accepted only before the order has entered the shipping process.
Once an order has been dispatched, or once shipment can no longer be stopped, it must be handled as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
## Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when delivered and must not have been used, worn, altered, repaired, opened, disassembled, cleaned, or modified after delivery.
All original accessories, documentation, tags, boxes, packaging, and other included items must be returned.
Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.
Pre-order or specially reserved items are not eligible for return under the 14-day return policy unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description.

## Return Request Deadline
You must contact us at akihabara.vintage.store@gmail.com within 14 days of the date the item is delivered and receive authorization before returning it.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
## Return Shipping Costs
If an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is different from the item ordered, we will provide an appropriate return method and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind, an incorrect purchase, compatibility concerns, size or preference, or any other reason not caused by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and related charges.
## Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive another item is to complete an approved return and place a new order.
Because many of our vintage and pre-owned products are one-of-a-kind, the same item may not be available as a replacement.
## Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the result.
If approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on the reason for the return, original shipping costs included in the product price, return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, carrier fees, and any reduction in value caused by use, damage, missing contents, alteration, or improper handling may be deducted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
## Special Conditions for Vintage and Pre-Owned Items
Our products are primarily vintage or pre-owned.
Signs of age or previous use, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, wear, deterioration, minor dust, aging of materials, accuracy characteristics, and other conditions shown in the photographs or described on the product page are not considered defects.
Please review all photographs, measurements, condition notes, and functional descriptions carefully before placing an order.
